General conditions

  1. The most recent price list replaces any and all prior editions.
  2. Prices do not include Swiss VAT and are ex cellar in CH-Zumikon, in Swiss Francs per unit.
  3. We reserve the right to sell bottles packaged in their original wood case as a whole unit only.
  4. We require advance payment for all shipments or cash payment (EC/Postcard) upon pick up.
  5. In case of non-compliance with the agreed payment terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  6. The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
  7. We usually ship by Planzer Paket, Swiss Post or forwarder (Switzerland only), the cost of which will be billed to the client. Insurance must be covered by the client.
  8. Any complaints need to be made in writing and within eight business days of receipt of the goods.
  9. Our prices are net, payable upon receipt of invoice. Any deductions will be charged.
  10. Minimum order is CHF 500.00 within Switzerland or CHF 1’000.00 abroad. Orders under CHF 500 incur CHF 25 surcharge.
  11. Prices are subject to change and prior sale.
  12. Due to our low profit margins, we are unable to replace any flawed bottles.
  13. Paid orders are stored free for two months, aftewards a storage fee of CHF 0.10/per bottle/per month will be charged.
  14. The jurisdiction is Zumikon ZH, Switzerland.

Terms of Payment
Advance payment is due within 10 days by bank transfer. Wines are released once payment has been received in full. We do not accept manual credit card payments.

Discount
Cave BB sells their wines at competitive global market prices and thus it is not possible to grant any discount.
